Shipping policy

Due to constant service changes within the global shipping industry, our shipping policy is general and must remain flexible. The following principles apply:

Shipping Origins:

  • Our products ship from the CDF Store in North Carolina, or from our dropshippers in Florida, Spain, and Lithuania.
  • Depending on the products you order and where they are being shipped, your merchandise may come from multiple locations and those delivery times can vary greatly.
  • We will try to consolidate your order into a single shipment if it makes sense to do so.
  • We appreciate your flexibility.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Orders shipped outside the United States may require transshipment. Generally speaking, the CDF will absorb the extra cost associated with transshipment but the process can extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience with the turnaround time on non-US orders.

Shipping Zones:

  • ✅ North America, Europe, and Australia
    • We ship to North America, Europe, and Australia.
    • Australia, the UK, and others may incur additional shipping fees that will be charged at check out. This is dependent on the items purchased as we have manufacturing capability for t-shirts in Europe
  • 🟡 Asia and the Middle East
    • We will ship to certain locations in the Middle East and Asia though your purchase may incur additional shipping fees that will be charged at check out.
    • If you are in a location in the Middle East or Asia that we don't normally ship to, feel free to contact us at store@combatdiver.org and we will certainly consider it on a case by case basis.
  • 🚫 Latin America
    • We do not ship to Latin America due to dysfunctional and often predatory customs practices there.
    • However, if you are in Latin America and are willing to pay the often exorbitant customs duties there, feel free to contact us at store@combatdiver.org and we will certainly consider it on a case by case basis.
  • All other locations
    • If you are in a location that we do not normally ship to, you will be notified at check out. 
    • If you are still interested in receiving CDF gear, leave the items in your cart and contact us at store@combatdiver.org and we will certainly consider it on a case by case basis with the understanding that you may be subject to high shipping and customs costs.
